DEC Tsunami Relief
CARE is helping communities affected by the tsunami in four districts of Tamil Nadu - Chennai, Cuddalore, Nagapattinam and Kanyakumari. In the immediate aftermath of the disaster, we provided emergency relief such as food, water and temporary shelters. Our focus is now on rebuilding communities and ensuring that people who lost everything in the tsunami find ways to earn a living.
