Miranda Clarke

Miranda is CARE International UK’s Regional Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. She has worked in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Laos, Angola and Rwanda with a range of charities, including Oxfam and Trocaire.

A graduate of Cranfield University, where she trained as an agricultural engineer specialising in water and sanitation, Miranda’s interest areas include community management, civil society and human rights issues.
