We offer 25 days annual leave in addition to bank/public holidays. The annual leave allowance increases to 27 days after five years, and 30 days after 10 years.
Employees may opt to join our nominated pension scheme administered by The Pensions Trust. Employees who wish to join are required to pay 4% of their gross salary into the scheme and CARE will contribute 7.5%. Members can choose from an Ethical Plan, a Growth Plan or a Flexible Plan.
Health Cash Plan
We provide a health cash plan to employees based in the UK, provided through Simplyhealth. The cash plan offers money back on many everyday healthcare bills, like trips to the optician, dentist or physiotherapist, up to annual limits. This benefit is available to staff upon completion of their probationary period.
Interest Free Loans
Employees with at least three months continuous service are eligible for an interest-free loan to assist them in purchasing either: an annual season ticket, a gym membership (up to £500), or a bicycle (up to £500).
Childcare Voucher Scheme
Part of your monthly salary can be "sacrificed" in exchange for Childcare Vouchers. Parents are able to benefit from Tax and National Insurance savings when they use Childcare Vouchers. Childcare vouchers are exempt from Tax and National Insurance up to a certain amount per month per working parent, allowing them to be worth much more than paying for childcare by normal methods.
