On Tuesday 8th March we have a whole day of exciting activities planned. We will be joining in solidarity with women across the globe at Join me on the Bridge, a march through London ending on the Millennium Footbridge. Then CARE campaigners will meet for lunch before a special International Women’s Day event on London’s Southbank.
CARE is also part of EQUALS, a partnership of leading charities brought together by Annie Lennox to celebrate the International Women’s Day centenary. The EQUALS coalition will be stepping up the call for a more equal world and prompting a big debate about what equality looks like today.
