Brighton seafront promenade (near Palace Pier)

27th June – 25th July

CARE International's stunning outdoor photography exhibition showcases 25 images from various countries and cultures around the world.

Each image gives a fascinating insight into the challenges faced by people in the developing world, such as drought, natural disasters, food shortages and conflict.

The exhibition was created to commemorate CARE UK's 25th Anniversary. The earliest photograph featured is from the Ethiopian Famine in 1985 – which CARE UK was set-up in response to.

The exhibition goes on to tell the story of how international development has evolved over the last quarter of a century, with a shift from emergency food aid to more long-term, sustainable projects which help people living in impoverished countries to take back control in their lives.

CARE's Photography Exhibition is sponsored by Anglo American.

We welcome you to come see the exhibition for yourself!
