These wooden buildings in the town of Vatomandry in Madagascar were knocked over by Giovanna, the storm which hit the island on Valentines Day. CARE has been assisting affected people with with plastic sheeting to provide emergency shelter and will be providing food and reopening disrupted roads and transport links.
