A catastrophic, manmade humanitarian crisis is being inflicted by the Israeli Government on Gaza. Every single person is at risk of famine.
With your help, we are providing life-saving support. CARE and our partners in Gaza are delivering clean water and providing critical healthcare to women and children, risking their lives in the process.
We urgently need more funds so that we can scale up our response in Gaza as soon as the blockade of aid by the Israeli government is lifted.
Stand with the people of Gaza – together we can save lives.
How CARE is responding

Right now, CARE and our partners in Gaza are focused on continuing to offer primary healthcare services at our clinic in Deir Al-Balah, as well as providing water trucking to displaced communities in need.
Since the conflict broke out in October 2023, CARE has reached more than 930,000 people in Gaza. We’ve supported women to give birth and care for their children, and provided sanitary products, alongside emergency food and water supplies.
We know how to operate in Gaza, and we’ve been saving lives under these conditions for over 18 months. Public donations are the backbone of our response in Gaza, allowing us to move quickly, even when we only have very short windows of opportunity to get aid in.
It is quite literally a lifeline.
How you can help
Please join thousands of people in the UK who are determined to help protect women and their communities from this horrific conflict and donate today.
- £20 could provide immediate nutritional needs for a mother and her baby.
- £50 could provide a month's worth of life-saving medication for two people forced to flee their homes.
- £100 could pay for 400 people to receive a day’s worth of safe drinking water.
