CARE International UK's IT team is looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and professional 2nd Line Support Engineer with considerable experience working as a network/infrastructure engineer at various levels. We are looking for an individual with experience in cloud platforms (Azure) and cloud migration methodologies, scripting languages (PowerShell) and knowledge of ITIL frameworks. You will also have excellent technical skills - network/hardware/software - with the ability to see things through to completion by using excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the IT network within CARE International UK and all of CARE's European Offices. The role will also support the full range of IT servers, networking, computer problems, installing and configuring systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults, and solving technical application issues in person or via remote connections. It is therefore essential that the applicant is aware this role requires a wide range of server, O365, application, and network skill sets to deliver a first-class support service and ensure IT Support runs within agreed SLAs.
