Job purpose and key responsibilities
The Senior Individual Giving Executive will be responsible for delivering fundraising campaigns in line with the fundraising strategy. It will include leading on channel strategy, project managing campaigns across a range of channels and driving continuous improvement across those channels, which could include face-to-face, DRTV, social media, paid search, SMS, email or mail. With the current team set up, this role will likely focus on Acquisition channels for the time being, managing two high-performing Individual Giving Executives, although there is flex for this to change in the future.
As Senior Individual Giving Executive you will be joining at a key moment for the department and your work will be vital to implementing and delivering our new strategy. Your work will help to ensure that our activities inspire the public to give generously to end poverty and empower women and girls across the world.
You will be an excellent project manager with a passion for the sector. You must have experience delivering multi-channel campaigns across a range of fundraising/marketing channels, as well as analysing and reporting on campaigns. You must be a strong relationship manager with experience of managing both internal and external stakeholders, including creative and media agencies. Experience of face-to-face and digital acquisition is highly desirable but not essential, as is budget management and line management experience.
