In the world of running, it doesn’t get any more spectacular than the Virgin Money London Marathon.
The atmosphere is electric, the crowd support is like no other and the route is stunning taking you around London’s iconic landmarks.
Not only will you have one of the most amazing days of your life, but your support can help to change the lives of some of the poorest people around the world. From developing long term solutions to hunger and poverty, to delivering emergency aid to survivors of war and natural disasters, your support will help those who need it most.

By joining CARE's Virgin London Marathon team, you will support CARE International, to help women and girls to break the cycle of poverty – because when one woman works her way out of poverty, she brings her family and community with her.
Please note, if you do register to run for CARE, Gift Aid cannot be included in your fundraising total. Gift Aid is a scheme designed by the government as a great bonus for charities where it can be claimed, but it also not guaranteed, therefore Gift Aid is not included in the minimum sponsorship for any CARE fundraising event.
